RELEASE: As a part of the consideration, in addition to the tuition fees, to the Board of Directors of Abington Adult School for providing the course(s) for which I have registered, I hereby release the said Board, as well as the Abington School District and Abington Township, from any and all liability for personal injury or property damage that I may suffer or sustain by reason of the use of the school buildings, equipment, facilities or appointments therein, the ways of ingress, or as a result of my attendance thereof.
